My Webhost Account "hacked"

I can't believe that someone else really used my account to create his website, and fortunately he did nothing to my other websites, it's just damn annoying that someone have logged in with my account

I remember playing on a distant cafe 2 Km from school(14Km from home), which is also near to the school of students I referred to 000webhost for there website. I found that school was the same school as the "hacker" made his website for, he did nothing wrong on my account except using it.

I bet he made a successful log in by the deep-freezed account password of FTP of wow300.co.cc on mozilla Firefox on PC-17 of that cafe, but I changed that, so I bet he knows what email I use to log in to manage all my accounts.(which is the same ever since, thinking that no one in person will coincidentally know 000webhost)

It is impossible to accidentally log in using the password for different URL and a different username. SO it's intentional.I Feel damn betrayed, I referred and thought them how to use the best free web-host and they spit back on me.
